Following teacher Huan Zhang, and doing the whole Yang Style Tai Chi form just like all the Chinese did in the park every morning in China. It will help you calm your mind, reduce some stress, eliminate joint pain, stiffness and increase your flexibility and balance.
Zhang has begun practice Chinese martial arts since 1982. He has lineages of Yang, and Chen Style Tai Chi, and Tong Bei Chuan. He was interviewed by WCVB Channel 5, NECN, and AM1470. He is an author of two Tai Chi related books and has been featured many times on Tai Chi International Magazines. He has also been mentioned by as Qi Journal, and Inside Kung Fu. Zhang has involved in a Tai Chi/Exercise Research Study called HELP - Helping Elders Living with Pain study. Zhang has done lectures and demonstrations at Harvard University, MIT, Hanscom Air Force Base, World Trade Center Boston, 1st Night Boston, and many other places. We will be learning the first set of Yang Style Tai Chi at beginner’s level, including 2 Mini Forms of Tai Chi from and basic Push Hands.
