Faith’s yoga class presents a joyful, energetic Vinyasa flow practice starting with fundamental poses. The class emphasizes on alignments, as well as the connection of the movement to breath. Poses and flow sequences are customized for each class depending on the students’ ability.
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 25 years, practicing yoga has led me to a more balanced and fulfilling life way beyond the physical fitness perspective. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully and more observant.
With a career in software engineering, being a mother of two, and having a broad interests in arts and culture, I do know the importance and necessity to keep active and competitive. Yoga has been my sanctuary where I can find my peace, strength and inspiration. Having reeped the many benefits from practicing yoga, I would very much like to share it with everyone. That is why I completed my 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training with Down Under School of Yoga, which hosts renowned teachers such as, Natasha Rizopoulos, Barbara Benagh, etc.
My early learning rooted with Iyenger yoga, hence my teaching of Vinyasa Flow has a strong focus in alignment , which severs as the foundation for an effective practice. I seek to help others thrive in live and to feel refreshed, nourished and balanced when come off the mat.
